          Programs
Services include: Homeless case management, self-sufficiency programs, food give-aways, rental assistance ("Season of Sharing"), low-cost telephone service, and information & referrals (click on image to email us).


Case Management/Housing Assistance Program (by appointment only):

Available to Vallejo residents: homeless, families facing hardship or low income families with minor children, senior citizens age 60 and over, permanently and persons temporarily disabled or receiving Worker's Compensation or SSI/SSR. Rental assistance program ("Season of Sharing") available periodically depending on funding, and eligibility is limited to once in a lifetime.


Self-Sufficiency Program (by appointment only):

Must provide a picture ID and Social Security cards of all members of the household, and meet qualifications discussed during the first interview/assessment; must also show proof of desire to return to work.


Food Give-Away Program (by appointment only):

Must provide a picture ID of all adults, Social Security cards of all members of the household, a print-out of monthly household income, and proof of residence (if different from that on the picture ID). Eligibility is limited to once every 3 months.
